Dan Hunter's Birregurra Restaurant - Brae
Brae Restaurant is a celebration of "local". A modern and contemporary, Australian country restaurant, set on 30 productive acres of land in rural Birregurra in South West Victoria - 130km west of Melbourne.
The Brae Restaurant takes over the property of what was one of Victoria's most delightful and enduring country restaurants and cooking schools - Sunnybrae at Birregurra in the Western district.
Extensive refurbishment and creativity see Brae Restaurant as a new venue for elite foodies from around the world.
This is the place to experience a new benchmark for Australian cooking and restaurant craft. Chef's menu interacts with nature and local produce from the land - the restaurant’s pristine natural surrounds and the productive region in which it sits.
