Otways Number 105, Check in is from 2.30pm (1430 Hours), check out is 11:00am (1100 Hours)
Otway Valley Views, Check in is from 3.00pm (1500 Hours), check out is 10.30am (1030 Hours)

Accommodation and packages are subject to availability, you may make a pre-booking enquiry here or book online via our secure reservation system.
A pre-payment of 50% of total reservation cost is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa).
Credit Cards are processed manually and using our secure online reservation system is not an indication of a confirmed booking. Confirmation will be issued by e-mail once your payment has been cleared.
More than 30 days notice - full refund, less a $100 administration fee, or you are welcome to select another date to stay (subject to conditions and availability).
Less than 30 days notice - 100% payment of period booked will be forfeited. If cottage is re-let you will receive a full refund less a $100 administration fee.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
In all instances every reasonable effort will be made to re-let the cottage.
According to the Country Fire Authority (CFA), all of Victoria is at risk of bushfire, including communities near bush, grassland and the coast. Suburban homes can also be destroyed by bushfire.
While we make every endeavour to be prepared Otway Escapes (Otways Number 105 & Otway Valley Views) does NOT have expertise in the prediction or defence against bushfire.
It is your responsibility to monitor the media to be aware of environmental conditions and the predicted fire danger rating to ensure your safety is maintained. The new fire danger ratings will be issued 3 days in advance.
Under the new fire danger ratings, following Black Saturday the CFA’s policy is:
Code Red (Catastrophic): Vacate the property the night before at the latest.
Extreme: The safest option is to leave your accommodation early in the day if you are staying in a bushfire prone area.
If you plan to travel anywhere on a Catastrophic or Extreme day listen to Radio 774 am to receive information on current conditions. If in doubt ring the bushfire info line or consult local police for an update.

In agreeing to attend accommodation in an area of potentially high fire risk, you agree to hold harmless the Otway Escapes (Otways Number 105 & Otway Valley Views) its operators, managers or owners from any legal liability, claim, responsibility, course of action of what ever kind in respect of any property loss, personal injury, damages, economic loss or similar which may result from fire or associated impacts.
Otway Escapes (Otways Number 105 & Otway Valley Views) reserves the right to cancel any booking if authorities classify a day to be rated Code Red (Catastrophic) or Extreme. Alternative dates will be arranged that will be mutually agreed by both parties.
A charge will apply for loss, theft, or damage to Otway Escapes (Otways Number 105 & Otway Valley Views) properties. The amount charged would be equivalent to the loss, theft or damage incurred. Lost keys cost - $50. Otway Escapes (Otways Number 105 & Otway Valley Views) reserves the right to claim the value of the damage from the guest, or deduct it from your nominated Credit Card. (An impression of your credit card will be required upon arrival.)
In agreeing to attend Otway Escapes properties (Otways Number 105 and Otway Valley Views), the Occupier covenants that upon entering into occupation the Occupier accepts full and total responsibility for occupation and for any event or incident which may arise as a consequence of or during such occupation. The Occupier indemnifies the Owner against any claims or matters whatsoever in relation to the use of the occupation.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping every four days is included in the price. Additional servicing is available on prior request for an additional $100.00 per service.
Energy Conservation: When not in residence can you ensure that all Electrical Appliances are turned off.
Rubbish Removal: Please place all rubbish in the provided bin in the Kitchen, and any excess in the bins at the entrance to the property.
Cleanliness: The premises must be left clean and tidy. Furniture and Crockery left in the position they were found. A charge of $100 will apply if the above conditions are not met. Otway Escapes (Otways Number 105 & Otway Valley Views) reserves the right to claim the cost from the guest, or deduct it from the nominated Credit Card.
Smoking: Otway Escapes Cottages are smoke free premises.
Pets: Unfortunately Otway Escapes Cottages cannot accommodate pets.
